Manipal Finance Corporation Ltd — Important, 30-08-2025: Company Update

Manipal Finance Corporation has opened a special window for investors to re-lodge physical share transfer requests. This facility is for transfers lodged before April 1, 2019, that were previously rejected or not processed due to document deficiencies. Available from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026, shareholders must re-submit rectified requests to the company's Registrar. Importantly, all successful re-lodgements will result in shares being issued only in demat form. This initiative simplifies regularizing old physical share holdings for affected investors.
