Alphalogic Industries Ltd — Important, 30-08-2025: Company Update

Alphalogic Industries' board approved strategic shifts, including a preferential issue of up to 18 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 28 each, aiming to raise Rs. 5.04 crore for growth, pending shareholder approval.
