CARE Ratings downgraded Lokesh Machines' long-term bank facilities of Rs. 159.98 Cr to CARE BBB-; Stable, previously CARE BBB; Negative. Short-term facilities of Rs. 44.50 Cr were also downgraded to CARE A3 from CARE A3+. Investors should note the downgrade across both debt categories.
