Prime Fresh Limited has announced its 18th Annual General Meeting, which will be held virtually via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means on September 26. Shareholders will receive the AGM notice and Annual Report electronically. The company will use NSDL's platform for e-voting, allowing members to cast votes and participate. Shareholders attending virtually will count towards quorum. Those who haven't registered their email IDs are encouraged to do so to receive updates and participate in the e-voting process.
