Shareholders must be on the register by September 16, 2025, to vote. Remote e-voting will be available from September 20, 2025 (9:00 a.m.) to September 22, 2025 (5:00 p.m.). Investors can attend the virtual AGM but cannot re-vote if they already used remote e-voting. The annual report and AGM notice are accessible on the company website.
