    Kandarp Digi Smart BPO's board approved raising ₹34.98 Cr via warrants at ₹104.50 each. Dimple Jain was appointed Company Secretary, following Anisha Kumari's resignation and CFO Pankaj Gupta's departure. New Statutory and Secretarial Auditors were also appointed.
