The Board approved the notice for the 7th Annual General Meeting on September 24 and the Annual Report for FY 2024-25, also setting AGM cut-off dates. M/s Anuradha Acharya & Co. was approved as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder vote. Mr. Ritesh Agrawal was appointed Internal Auditor, succeeding Mr. Anand Acharya. Crucially, the company will invest up to Rs 3.276 Cr in its subsidiary, Alphalogic Industries Limited, to acquire 1.17 Cr convertible warrants at Rs 28 each. This strategic investment is aimed at increasing the company's holding in the subsidiary.
