Alphalogic Techsys Ltd — Important, 30-08-2025: Company Update

The Board approved the upcoming Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report. It appointed M/s Anuradha Acharya & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Ritesh Agrawal was also appointed as the Internal Auditor, succeeding Mr. Anand Acharya. Additionally, the company's subsidiary, Alphalogic Industries, proposes issuing up to 1.8 million fully convertible warrants. The company will invest up to 3.276 Cr to acquire up to 1.17 million of these warrants at Rs 28 per warrant. This investment is subject to approval from the subsidiary’s shareholders.
