Alphalogic Techsys Ltd — Important, 30-08-2025: Company Update

Alphalogic Techsys' Board held a meeting, approving key updates. The company will hold its 7th Annual General Meeting on September 24. It approved the appointment of M/s Anuradha Acharya & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years, following the Audit Committee's input, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Ritesh Agrawal was also appointed as the new Internal Auditor, replacing Mr. Anand Acharya. Additionally, the Board, acting on the Management Committee's proposal, approved investing up to Rs 3.28 crore in its subsidiary, Alphalogic Industries, by acquiring 11.7 lakh fully convertible warrants at Rs 28 each from a total proposed issue of 18 lakh warrants. This strategic investment aims to fuel the subsidiary's growth.
