The company's board has decided to convene its 53rd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2025, and approved the notice and Director's Report. The board proposed the appointment of M/s. SJV & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Key leadership changes include Mr. Sunil Dutt Pandey transitioning to Managing Director and Mr. Rohit Pandey becoming Chairman (Non-Executive).
