Alphalogic Techsys's Board has approved several key items. The 7th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 24, 2025, where the FY25 Annual Report will be presented. The Board also appointed M/s Anuradha Acharya & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval, and Mr. Ritesh Agrawal as the new Internal Auditor. Significantly, the company will invest up to 3.276 Cr in its subsidiary, Alphalogic Industries, acquiring 11.70 lakh fully convertible warrants at Rs 28 each. This strategic investment is part of the subsidiary's plan to issue up to 18 lakh warrants, strengthening its financial position.
