Balmer Lawrie Investments has announced its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 23, 2025. E-voting facilities will be available from September 19-22, 2025. Shareholders holding physical shares must update KYC and bank details for electronic dividend payments. The company is participating in the "Saksham Niveshak" 100-day campaign, active until November 6, 2025, to help shareholders update information and prevent unclaimed dividends/shares from transferring to the IEPF. A special window is also open until January 6, 2026, for re-lodging physical share transfer requests rejected before April 1, 2019, which will be processed in demat mode.
