Anjani Finance Ltd — Important, 30-08-2025: Company Update

Anjani Finance's board has approved the appointment of new auditors. M/s SMR & ASSOCIATES will serve as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 36th Annual General Meeting. Concurrently, M/s SAP JAIN &ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, effective from the conclusion of the 36th AGM until the 41st AGM. This follows the retirement of the previous Statutory Auditors. These changes, suggested by the Audit Committee, reinforce the company’s commitment to strong financial and secretarial governance.
