Chemcrux Enterprises Ltd — Important, 30-08-2025: Company Update

The company has announced that its Board put forward a dividend of Re. 1 per equity share for FY 2024-25. If approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid by October 24 to eligible shareholders as of September 17. Dividends are taxable for shareholders, and the company will deduct tax at source. Resident individuals receiving up to Rs. 10,000 or submitting Form 15G/H may have no tax deducted. Others with valid PAN face 10% TDS, or 20% if PAN is unlinked or for non-filers. Non-residents can claim Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement benefits by submitting required documents by September 17 for appropriate tax withholding.
