NB Footwear has announced significant leadership changes, appointing Mr. Ankit Kumar as an Additional Executive Director and Mr. Manoranjan Kumar as an Additional Independent Director, following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's review. The company also plans to shift its registered office from Chennai to Noida, Uttar Pradesh, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, effective October 1, 2025, the books of accounts will be maintained in Noida. These changes aim to strengthen governance and streamline operational structure.
