GCM Commodity & Derivatives, Dhanlaxmi Cotex, Sparc Electrex, and GCM Securities have announced their Annual General Meetings (AGMs) will be conducted via video conferencing, allowing shareholders to participate and cast votes electronically. Annual Reports for FY 2024-25 are available online. Separately, Ultratech Cement and Hindalco Industries issued public notices for lost share certificates. Ultratech Cement has 60 lost equity shares (Rs. 10 FV), and Hindalco Industries has 80 lost equity shares (Rs. 1 FV). Claimants are asked to report any claims within 15 days.
