Paragon Finance Ltd — Important, 30-08-2025: Company Update

Paragon Finance's Board appointed Mrs. Rupal Patel as Secretarial Auditor and Scrutinizer for the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 24. A key item for shareholder approval at the AGM is the re-appointment of Whole-Time Director Mr. Sanjay Kumar Gupta, with his remuneration proposed to change from 0.06 Cr per annum to 0.03 Cr per month, effective October 1. The Board also approved the Director's Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2025. Share transfer books will be closed from September 18 to September 24 for the AGM.
