Paragon Finance Ltd — Important, 30-08-2025: Company Update

Paragon Finance's Board convened to approve key corporate actions. Mrs. Rupal Patel was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five years and as Scrutinizer for the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24, 2025. The Board also approved the Director's Report for FY25. Significantly, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Gupta's re-appointment as Whole-Time Director was approved, with his monthly remuneration revised from 0.06 Cr to 0.03 Cr, effective October 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval. The company's share transfer books will close from September 18-24 for the AGM.
