Genus Power's Board has put forward a final dividend of Rs. 2.45 per equity share (245%) for FY24-25, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. September 19, 2025, is the record date to determine eligible shareholders for this dividend payout. If approved, the dividend will be disbursed within 30 days of the AGM.
