Sparc Electrex Limited has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 11:30 AM via video conferencing. There will be no physical attendance. Shareholders can participate and be counted for quorum through the virtual facility. The AGM Notice and the Annual Report for FY 2024-25 will be distributed electronically to registered email IDs and available on the company website. Shareholders can also use remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM to cast their votes on resolutions.
