Shrcon Industries' Annual General Meeting on August 29, 2025, approved key governance changes. Following due process, Mr. Sheetal Jain was appointed Executive Director for a five-year term, effective June 20, 2025. Mr. Praveen Chandna was also appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for his first five-year term, starting July 22, 2025. These appointments ensure stability in leadership.
