    Newmalayalam Steel's board approved a new subsidiary, 'PRIME NMS PRIVATE LTD,' for diversification & a Joint Venture with Prime Roofing. CFO Rahul Jain resigned. The board also approved the re-appointment of Statutory Auditors and material related party transactions, both pending shareholder nod.
