DOMS Industries has completed the partial acquisition of an additional 13.0% stake in its subsidiary, Pioneer Stationery Private Limited. This move involved purchasing 3,900 Equity Shares for ₹ 5.538 Cr. DOMS's shareholding in Pioneer now stands at 57.5%, up from 51.0% of its total paid-up equity capital. This strategic increase strengthens DOMS's control and consolidates its position in the stationery market, aiming to deepen integration and leverage Pioneer's existing product portfolio. The acquisition of the remaining 3,900 shares is expected by December 31, 2025.
