Tirupati Starch & Chemicals' members approved key business items at their Annual General Meeting. The company appointed M/s Harish Khandelwal & Company as Statutory Auditors and M/s. P.S. Tripathi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, both for five-year terms. Shareholders re-appointed Mr. Amit Modi as Managing Director and Mr. Prakash Chand Bafna as Whole-time Director and Chairman, each for three years.
