Riba Textiles' board has approved the Directors' Report for FY24-25 and scheduled the 37th Annual General Meeting for September 27. Mr. Navnish Mittal resigned as an Independent Director due to personal commitments. Concurrently, Mr. H.P Sharma was appointed as an Additional and Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.
