RPL has invested ₹4.90 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Roto Energy Systems Limited (RESL), for solar pump manufacturing. This rights issue investment, part of an approved ₹10 Cr, provides funds for RESL's business growth. RESL's latest annual turnover was ₹1.25 Cr.
