Deep Diamond India has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2024-2025, to be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. Shareholders can participate and vote electronically. Remote e-voting will be available from September 20 to September 22, 2025. The cut-off date to determine e-voting eligibility is September 17, 2025. This allows shareholders to engage with company affairs and exercise their voting rights digitally.
