Avax Apparels And Ornaments Limited shareholders, at their Annual General Meeting, approved significant governance changes. Mrs. Deepika Garg was re-appointed as both a Director and Whole Time Director for a three-year term. Mr. Harish Kumar was also re-appointed as Whole Time Director for three years. Shareholders further approved the appointment of Mr. Rajat Goel as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term.
