Nirlon Limited has announced its 66th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held virtually. Shareholders will consider and adopt the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of ₹ 11.00 per equity share (110%) for FY 2024-25 is proposed. The agenda also includes the re-appointment of Mr. Arjun Khullar as a Director, continuation of Mr. Rajinder Pal Singh as an Independent Director, and re-appointment of Mr. Rahul V. Sagar as Executive Director & CEO, along with the appointment of Secretarial Auditors and ratification of the Cost Auditor's remuneration.
