RAMA VISION LIMITED has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via video conferencing. Shareholders will consider and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. They will also vote on the re-appointment of Mr. Arhant Jain as Director (Marketing), Whole Time Director, who has 16+ years of experience and last drew ₹1.08 Cr in remuneration. Additionally, the appointment of M/s. Ashu Gupta & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years, with an initial fee of ₹25,000 for FY 2025-26, is on the agenda.
