Jetmall Spices and Masala Ltd — Important, 01-09-2025: Company Update

JETMALL SPICES AND MASALA has announced key leadership changes. The board has appointed three new Directors: Mr. Harpreet Singh and Mr. Vivek Sethi as Independent Directors, and Ms. Arti Chadha as a Non-Independent Director, each for a three-year term subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Unni Krishnan Nair was also appointed Manager and Whole-time Key personnel for a three-year term, pending shareholder nod. Additionally, Mr. Nitin Gupta takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer. Nishant Jain & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for FY2025-26. These changes strengthen the company's governance and management team.
