Maximus International Limited has announced its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders will be held on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025, at 02:00 P.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. Shareholders will discuss ordinary and special business items. The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for FY2024-25 will be sent electronically to registered email addresses and made available online. Shareholders can participate and cast their votes through the e-voting system, with virtual attendance counting towards quorum.
