First Fintec Ltd — Important, 01-09-2025: Company Update

First Fintec Limited's Board has approved several operational updates. Mrs. Urrinkala Saritha was appointed as an Additional Director, pending shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mrs. Dr. Leena Vivek resigned as an Independent Director to pursue new employment. The Board also re-constituted multiple committees and greenlit the relocation of the registered office within Mumbai, effective after the AGM. Additionally, the Annual Report for FY2024-25 was approved, and the Annual General Meeting is scheduled via video conferencing. NSDL will manage e-voting and the AGM, with a scrutinizer also appointed. Book closure details for the AGM were also finalized.
