Vintron Informatics has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on 23 September 2025 at 1:00 PM. Shareholders can attend via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The company is providing the AGM notice and annual report electronically, so shareholders should ensure their email IDs are registered. Remote e-voting will be available from 20 September to 22 September 2025. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is 16 September 2025. E-voting will also be available during the virtual meeting itself.
