Optimus Finance Limited has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 30, at 4:00 PM (IST). The meeting will take place virtually via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders will transact ordinary and special business as outlined in the AGM Notice. The annual report for FY 2024-25 and AGM Notice will be sent electronically and are available on the company, BSE, and CDSL websites. Shareholders can participate and cast votes through remote e-voting or e-voting during the virtual meeting.
