JFL Life Sciences board approved an MD pay hike for Smiral Patel from ₹0.18 Cr to ₹0.24 Cr, subject to shareholder nod. New internal auditors were appointed. Shareholders will also vote on secretarial auditor & independent director appointments, plus a director re-appointment at the upcoming AGM.
