Strong growth was fueled by execution in telecom infrastructure and expressway connectivity projects. Strategic acquisitions of Franken Telecom, Wolter Infratech, and KDL Realinfra are already delivering synergies, boosting engineering depth and project delivery.
A notable update is the commencement of optic fiber duct laying on the Mumbai-Nagpur Expressway, a key infrastructure project. The recent acquisitions have also expanded the company’s capabilities.
For Q1 FY26, consolidated revenue was ₹156.99 Cr, Net Profit ₹13.51 Cr, and Diluted EPS ₹11.44. These figures represent YoY growths of 209%, 155%, and 160% respectively.
Management is confident of sustained growth, citing a ₹400 Cr project pipeline and an anticipated ₹1,000 Cr opportunity for FY26. Kore Digital aims to capitalize on accelerated investments in India’s fiberization and 5G readiness.
