Bangalore Fort Farms reports strong FY24-25 results with Gross Revenue at Rs. 41.41 Cr, up 10.9%, and Net Profit After Tax at Rs. 0.49 Cr, a 44% surge. No dividend was issued to conserve profits for expansion. The company announced a board meeting to approve an increase in Authorized Share Capital from Rs. 5 Cr to Rs. 25 Cr for future funding and growth. Leadership changes include Mr. Mahendra Singh re-designated as Whole-time Director and Mr. Deepak Kandoi appointed as the new Managing Director. Three new Independent Directors are also proposed. A name change to 'Grameva Limited' or 'Grameva Fort Farms Limited' is planned to better reflect the evolving business scope. Control of the company changed earlier via a Share Purchase Agreement and Open Offer.
