SLV Digital's Board has approved the Board's Report for FY 2024-25. The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2025, via Audio-Visual Electronic Communication. The Record Date for AGM purposes is September 24, 2025, with book closure from September 25 to 30. The Board also appointed Mrs. Swapna Tervati as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective September 01, 2025. Mrs. Tervati brings over 15 years of experience in financial planning, treasury, taxation, and capital restructuring, strengthening the company's financial leadership.
