M/s Raghav Bansal & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, subject to shareholder approval, while M/s R P S G & Co. has been appointed as Internal Auditor for the current financial year. The company also announced its 12th Annual General Meeting will be held via video conferencing, where important company matters will be addressed.
