Icon Facilitators' board has approved several key appointments, strengthening its governance framework. Ms. Pooja is appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. M/s Raghav Bansal & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, pending shareholder approval. M/s R P S G & Co. is also appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, the company announced its 12th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2025, to be held virtually, where shareholders will consider important company matters.
