Valencia India Ltd — Important, 01-09-2025: Company Update

Valencia India Limited’s Board of Directors approved its audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a significant increase in revenue from operations to approximately 5.43 Cr, compared to 0.23 Cr the previous year. Net profit grew substantially to around 0.89 Cr, up from 0.01 Cr, with diluted EPS at Rs 1.36. The Board also approved the upcoming Annual General Meeting’s notice and Director’s Report. M/s P H P & Associates was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY25-26, and M/s. Sonu Jain & Co. was proposed for shareholder approval as secretarial auditors for a five-year term.
