JSW Infrastructure (JSWINFRA) delivered a strong Q1 FY26.

**Business Performance:** Total cargo handled grew 5% YoY to 29.4 MT, with third-party customers now driving 52% of volumes. Operating revenue surged 21% YoY to ₹1,224 Cr, leading to a robust 31% jump in Profit After Tax (PAT) to ₹390 Cr. The logistics unit, Navkar Corp, also showed solid performance with ICD volumes up 31% and CFS up 11%.

**Growth & Strategy:** JSWINFRA is on an aggressive expansion path, targeting 400 mtpa port capacity by FY30 (from current 177 mtpa) through brownfield upgrades, new greenfield ports like Keni and Jatadhar, and strategic acquisitions. A major focus is scaling its logistics business to achieve ₹8,000 Cr revenue by FY30 via new terminals and partnerships.

**Recent Developments:** The company won a key contract for Kolkata container terminal redevelopment. Significant project advancements include civil work at Tuticorin's new 7mtpa berth, pipeline installation at JNPA Liquid Terminal, and active dredging for the 30mtpa Jatadhar Port. Odisha's 30mtpa Slurry Pipeline is also progressing well.

**Key Financials & Outlook:** Q1 FY26 Operating EBITDA hit ₹581 Cr (+13% YoY, 47.5% margin). The balance sheet remains strong with Net Debt at ₹1,246 Cr. Management is bullish on India's infra growth, pursuing organic & inorganic expansion to hit FY30 capacity and logistics revenue targets.
