Growington Ventures India Limited has announced its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 25th September. The meeting will be held virtually via video conferencing/other audio-visual means as permitted by regulations. Shareholders can access the AGM notice and annual report electronically on the company and BSE websites. Remote e-voting will be open from 22nd September to 24th September for eligible shareholders registered by the 18th September cut-off date. The company's share transfer books will remain closed from 19th September to 25th September for the AGM. This allows shareholders to participate and cast their votes conveniently.
