Sita Enterprises Ltd — Important, 01-09-2025: Company Update

Sita Enterprises' board approved significant management changes and a shareholding transfer. Promoter holdings of 2.1 million equity shares were transferred to Mr. Jitendra Rasiklal Sanghvi. The company's CFO and Company Secretary resigned. Subsequently, Mr. Harsh Jitendra Gandhi was appointed as Executive Director and CFO, Mr. Kirit Gordhandas Thakker as Executive Director, and Ms. Anushree Rakesh Singh as Independent Director. Ms. Monika Jain took over as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The company has announced a board meeting for a future date to discuss control transfer and the next Annual General Meeting.
