The company's Board has approved the transfer of 12,00,000 equity shares from existing promoters to Mr. Jitendra Rasiklal Sanghvi, signifying a change in company control. Following this, the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary resigned. The Board then appointed Mr. Harsh Jitendra Gandhi as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Kirit Gordhandas Thakker as Executive Director, and Ms. Anushree Rakesh Singh as an Independent Director.
