Sita Enterprises' Board approved significant leadership changes and a major share transfer. Existing promoters transferred 29,99,221 equity shares to Mr. Jitendra Rasiklal Sanghvi, indicating a shift in company control. Concurrently, the CFO and Company Secretary resigned. The company appointed Mr. Harsh Jitendra Gandhi as both Executive Director and CFO, Mr. Kirit Gordhandas Thakker as Executive Director, and Ms. Anushree Rakesh Singh as Non-Executive Independent Director.
