Sita Enterprises Ltd — Important, 01-09-2025: Company Update

SIIII Enterprises' Board approved the transfer of 1,210,000 equity shares from existing promoters to Mr. Jitendra Rasiklal Sanghvi. Significant management changes followed, with the CFO, Mr. Vasantkumar Shantilal Vora, and CS, Ms. Shweta Mehta, resigning. The Board then appointed Mr. Harsh Jitendra Gandhi as both Executive Director and CFO, and Mr. Kirit Gordhandas Thakker as another Executive Director. Ms. Anushree Rakesh Singh joined as a Non-Executive Independent Director, and Ms. Monika Jain was appointed Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The company has announced a board meeting on September 4th, 2025, to discuss control transfer and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
