Himgiri Castings and its associates have launched a mandatory open offer to acquire up to 26% of National Fittings (NFL) shares at ₹135 each. This offer, valued at approximately ₹31.88 crore, follows their prior agreement to purchase 34.04% of NFL from a promoter at ₹130 per share. This move will give Himgiri Castings control of NFL, with plans to continue and expand the company's existing business activities. The open offer provides public shareholders an opportunity to tender their shares.
