    CEAT completed the acquisition of Michelin's CAMSO Off-Highway construction equipment tyre and tracks business, including two Sri Lankan plants. This strategic move strengthens CEAT's OHT segment and grants access to over 40 global OEMs, supported by a US$171M investment in Sri Lanka.
